If "Annapurna" seeks to cruise at "the maximum
speed", Bogadyno, a new compartment created
in January 2007, will perform at its best at "a variable speed".
Bogadyno will begin its journey slowly, performing
a portfolio insurance with the objective to protect 50% of the initial
investment. As the investment grows, Bogadyno begins to gather
speed until it reaches "the maximum speed" on par
with Annapurna.
Our Fees:
Management Fee: 1% annually, payable quarterly.
Performance Fee: On a "High Water Mark" success
bonus basis: 25% on quarterly increment of the net asset value.
